The former senate leader reportedly died This morning . Reports reaching us indicate that Olusola Saraki, the strongman of Kwara politics, is dead. Mr. Saraki reportedly died in Lagos, Wednesday morning.Mr.
Saraki had controlled the politics of Kwara State for about two decades
until he was displaced as kingmaker by his son, Bukola Saraki, a serving
senator, in the 2011 general elections.
Better for him, the city of ilorin can now rest!
